Problem type: Site is not usable Description: Page not loading correctly Steps to Reproduce: Our publishing house maintains a site called raabeklettonline.hu where we provide language learning courses. This is a Moodle system where we have integrated H5P contents. We have Tiles format and the problem is when we enter any course and try to click the tiles (=the chapters), they unfold, but can't clicked - therefore can't open the further sites (for example: Nézd át a 6. modul szókincsét!).

We appreciate your report. Unfortunately, I'm unable to take this course on my test account and the courses that I can take do not have a similar layout.

If the reporter (or anyone else) can do a more in depth test and provide more information (console logs/errors/screenshots) regarding this issue, feel free to reopen and leave a comment (or you can send us an email with the test account credentials and we will test it on our own).

Suggestions: • Clear cache/data/cookies, disable Ad-blocker (if available), or use a clean profile and check again • If there are any changes made to the default settings of the browser (e.g. in about:config), please revert to the default settings • Try disabling Enhanced Tracking Protection

How to create a new profile:

  1. Open a new tab
  2. Type in the address bar "about:profiles"
  3. Press "Enter"
  4. Click on "Create a New Profile"
  5. Click "Next"
  6. Name your profile
  7. Click "Finish"
  8. Head to your newly created profile
  9. Click "Launch profile in new browser"

Closing this as incomplete due to a lack of valid credentials.

Tested on: • Browser / Version: Firefox Nightly 117.0a1 (2023-07-17) / Firefox Release 115.0.2 / Chrome 114.0.5735.199 • Operating System: Windows 10

Notes:

  1. Reproducible on both Firefox Release and Nightly regardless of the ETP status
  2. It might not reproduce when testing for the first time
  3. Not reproducible on Chrome
