Suggestion: Try clearing cache/data/cookies, disabling add-ons and Ad-blocker (if available) and extensions or use a clean profile, and check again? If there are any changes made to the default settings of the browser (e.g. in about:config
) please revert to the default settings and try again. Also, have the required cookies been accepted for this page?

Problem type: Something else Description: Not able to upload a file to the website platform when designing a product. Had to switch to Chrome, Firefox worked only with a smaller file. It did not work with a larger file that I tried which was 45mb. I have recently switched from Chrome over to Firefox after using Chrome for years. But now it seems like there are still bugs and I can only access certain webpages as per website owner with Chrome. Pretty disappointed Steps to Reproduce: Was not able to upload a 45mb file to design a product on their website. contacted the support for Printify and was told to use Chrome. I tried uploading the same file in a smaller size and it seemed to work
