Problem type: Something else Description: The anchor link doesn't work Steps to Reproduce: If the link to telegra.ph contains an anchor, Firefox will not scroll the page to the right place after the page loads. However, if you are already on the page, Firefox will move you to the right place on the page.

Thank you for reporting this issue, I was able to reproduce it. When I visit the website, the page is not scrolled to the anchored section.

Tested on: • Browser / Version: Firefox Nightly 119.0a1 (2023-09-12) / Firefox Release 117.0.1 / Firefox Beta 118.0b8 /Chrome Version 117.0.5938.62 • Operating System: Mac OS Ventura 13.5.2

Notes:

  1. Reproducible on Firefox Release, Beta and Nightly
  2. Not reproducible on Chrome
