Browser / Version: Firefox 119.0 Operating System: Windows 10 Tested Another Browser: Yes Edge

Problem type: Something else Description: popup does not pop up. site freezes and has to navigated away from to continue. popup works fine in Edge Steps to Reproduce: when trying to make a change on that page, a popup needs to be generated. the page generates an overlay box, saying loading... but the popup never arrives, so the site is then stuck.

We appreciate your report. Unfortunately, a special account is needed in order to sign-in. I've tried to connect with my google account but I get an error regardless of the browser used.

If the reporter (or anyone else) can do a more in depth test and provide more information (console logs/errors/screenshots) regarding this issue, feel free to reopen and leave a comment (or you can send us an email with the test account credentials and we will test it on our own).

Suggestions: • Clear cache/data/cookies, disable Ad-blocker (if available), or use a clean profile and check again • If there are any changes made to the default settings of the browser (e.g. in about:config), please revert to the default settings

How to create a new profile:

  1. Open a new tab
  2. Type in the address bar "about:profiles"
  3. Press "Enter"
  4. Click on "Create a New Profile"
  5. Click "Next"
  6. Name your profile
  7. Click "Finish"
  8. Head to your newly created profile
  9. Click "Launch profile in new browser"

Note: You can return to your old profile at any given time by accessing "about:profiles" in the address bar

I can't login with the user ID, it requires the email.

But before you do that, please create a new profile without importing any data and try again and give us an update.

How to create a new profile:

  1. Open a new tab
  2. Type in the address bar "about:profiles"
  3. Press "Enter"
  4. Click on "Create a New Profile"
  5. Click "Next"
  6. Name your profile
  7. Click "Finish"
  8. Head to your newly created profile
  9. Click "Launch profile in new browser"

I just sent you an email with the login credentials.

I have created a new profile, same situation.

I installed Firefox Developer Edition, same situation.

I tried mozregression, and could not find any working version.

Thanks for the credentials but upon login it required 2FA code. Please do not create test accounts with reserved emails, especially the ones from mozilla. Please create a different account with an email thats not reserved and can be accesed without 2FA.

Tested on: • Browser / Version: Firefox Nightly 121.0a1 (2023-10-30) / Firefox Release 119 / Chrome 118.0.5993.71 • Operating System: Windows 10

Notes:

  1. Reproducible on both Firefox Release and Nightly regardless of the ETP status
  2. Not reproducible on Chrome
  3. There are some errors in the console but those occur on Chrome as well:
