We appreciate your report. I was not able to reproduce the issue following the steps to reproduce. I was able to install the app, and take control of a remote device :
Tested with:
Browser / Version: Firefox Release 120.1.0 (2015989146-🦎120.0.1-20231129155202🦎) Operating System: Google Pixel 3 (Android 12) -1080 x 2160 pixels, 18:9 ratio (~443 ppi density) Operating System: Oppo Find X5 (Android 13) - 1080 x 2400 pixels, 20:9 ratio (~402 ppi density)
Suggestion: Try clearing cache/data/cookies, disabling add-ons and Ad-blocker (if available) and extensions or use a clean profile, and check again? If there are any changes made to the default settings of the browser (e.g. in about:config
) please revert to the default settings and try again. Also, have the required cookies been accepted for this page?

Hello!
I am also able to open the webpage in Firefox 120, but not 122.0a1, which is the nightly release. This is the message that appears. This happens with the default browser settings, no add-ons, and also happens after enabling auto play for the website
@michaelphagen Testing was performed on both the Release version and the Nightly version, regardless of the settings enabled for "Autoplay":

It seems abnormal that the screen in your video is completely black, does it not? That is not how the application normally appears.
It's very strange that you're not encountering the same message, I'll keep testing to see if I can figure out what's going on.
@michaelphagen Indeed, Chrome and Firefox Release do not show the black screen. I was more focused on the error message not being displayed, and the fact that the functionality works on Firefox Nightly:
*Tested with:**
Browser / Version: Firefox Release 120.1.0 (2015989146-🦎120.0.1-20231129155202🦎)/ Firefox Nightly 122.0a1 (2015990183-🦎122.0a1-20231206213012🦎)/ Chrome Mobile Version 119.0.6045.193/ Operating System: Google Pixel 3 (Android 12) -1080 x 2160 pixels, 18:9 ratio (~443 ppi density) Operating System: Oppo Find X5 (Android 13) - 1080 x 2400 pixels, 20:9 ratio (~402 ppi density)
Notes:
Moving this to NeedsDiagnosis for further investigations.
