www.colehardware.com - Messaging form replaced with "403 Forbidden" error #132914

Problem type: Site is not usable Description: Browser unsupported Steps to Reproduce: Contact page broken on latest Firefox stable (122.0) and Developer Edition (122.0b5). Shows 403 Forbidden under "Or, select a store to text on mobile" even with all extensions disabled and Enhanced Tracking Protection turned off. When using Safari or Chrome it works as expected with no error.

In addition, changing the user agent on Firefox to match the latest Safari fixes the issue via general.useragent.override in about:config.

Thank you for reporting this issue, I was able to reproduce it.

Tested on: • Browser / Version: Firefox Nightly 124.0a1 (2024-02-02) / Firefox Release 122 / Chrome 120.0.6099.129 • Operating System: Mac OS Ventura 13.6.2

Creating a new profile:

  1. Open a new tab and type in the address bar "about:profiles".
  2. Click "Create a New Profile".
  3. Click "Continue", name your profile and then Click "Done".
  4. Head to your newly created profile and click "Launch profile in new browser".
