Browser / Version: Firefox 122.0 Operating System: Windows 11 on Arm Tested Another Browser: Yes Edge

Problem type: Design is broken Description: Items are overlapped Steps to Reproduce: Border-radius doesn't apply to elements with a background, even with overflow disabled. (I discovered this during the development of my own website). Appears on nightly arm64, release arm64, release x64 but somehow it works on Firefox mobile.

I tested on a x64 computer, it doesn't appear. Seems to appear only on Windows on Arm

@AquaBx Thanks for that. Since we do not have an ARM desktop device for testing, and your findings show that the issue only reproduces on an ARM-based device, I will move the issue accordingly.
