6 months ago We appreciate your report but based on your description the issue reproduces on other browsers as well, therefore it is not a compatibility issue.
Tested on: • Browser / Version: Firefox Nightly 125.0a1 (2024-02-22) / Firefox Release 123 / Chrome 121.0.6167.85 • Operating System: Mac OS Ventura 13.6.1
For this project we try to focus our efforts on layouts and content that works as expected on a browser but not on the other. Closing this as Non-compat.

Problem type: Site is not usable Description: Page not loading correctly Steps to Reproduce: The page just loads completely blank on Firefox. This is a tracking page that shows the tracking information for a parcel. The same result is seen for every tracking number I have tried (all valid tracking numbers). The main search page on the usps website to input the tracking numbers loads fine, but these result pages are just blank. On safari everything seems to work as it should.
