Browser / Version: Firefox 123.0 Operating System: Windows 10 Tested Another Browser: Yes Edge

Problem type: Video or audio doesn't play Description: There is no video Steps to Reproduce:

  1. reproduce: Load site, get error displayed. No video with supported format and MIME type found. Issue is embedded H264 MP4 video.
  2. Updated Firefox v123
  3. reproducable, works in Edge browser

Thank you for reporting this issue, I was able to reproduce it.The video is not loading and display an error message:""No video with supported format and MIME type found":

Tested on: • Browser / Version: Firefox Nightly 125.0a1 (2024-03-03) / Firefox Release 123.0 / Chrome 122.0.6261.95 • Operating System: Windows 10

Notes:

  1. Reproducible on both Firefox Release and Nightly
  2. Reproducible regardless of settings of Enhanced Tracking Protection
  3. Not reproducible on Chrome.
