Thank you for reporting this issue, I was able to reproduce it. The CPU usage is high when doing lessons.

Problem type: Something else Description: Simple websites such as duolingo.com make my Macbook Air run hot Steps to Reproduce: Simple websites such as DuoLingo.com make my Macbook Air run hot even just having this website open and not using it. DuoLingo is not a graphics nor data intensive website. The Activity Monitor shows that it is Firefox. Firefox doesn’t seem to have issue with other websites. Duolingo appears to work fine on other browsers. Hardware = MacBook Air 1,6 GHz Dual-Core Intel Core i5. Software = macOS 14.2.1, Firefox 123.0.1
