Problem type: Something else Description: cannot create user profile on Firefox Steps to Reproduce: Cannot verify my identity (required to create an account). Can complete each step (photo of passport, selfie, liveness verification), but cannot create profile. Spinning wheel of death. Works on Chrome, not on Firefox.

Thank you for the report. Unfortunately, we don't have id documents for testing or other personal information to continue with that so we are not able to test this issue for the moment. Please leave a comment with more details or file a new bug report and we will gladly investigate this further.
