Browser / Version: Firefox 125.0 Operating System: Windows 10 Tested Another Browser: Yes Chrome

Problem type: Video or audio doesn't play Description: The video or audio does not play Steps to Reproduce: login to FB just fine. Open a reel and get the rotating circle. Videos no longer load after the last update on the 18th. I personally hate FF updates. Problems every time. Loads in other browsers. I keep dropping into Firefox to see if this issue is fixed otherwise I'm Edge or Chrome.

We appreciate your report but I was not able to reproduce this issue. The exact link you provided seems to be broken on Firefox and Chrome as well. But Reels in general seem to work fine on Facebook. I managed to watch them without encountering any issues.

Tested on: • Browser / Version: Firefox Release 125.0.1 / Chrome 124.0.6367.62 • Operating System: Windows 10

Suggestions: • Clear cache/data/cookies, disable Ad-blocker (if available), or create a new profile (without syncing/importing data) and check again • If there are any changes made to the default settings of the browser (e.g. in about:config), please revert to the default settings
