URL: https://www.dnb.no/segp/appo/logon/main?encodeduid=0l7caYGBrvLNo6xfg8Mxgw&segment=PERSON&startpage=&java=null&userCtx=null

Browser / Version: Firefox 126.0.1 Operating System: Windows 11 Tested Another Browser: Yes Edge

Problem type: Site is not usable Description: Missing items Steps to Reproduce: I have alsways used Firefox (best there is!) as my browser to log into my net-bank. It requires a three step security check. First a log in from their main front web page. That works fine. This then leads me to another page where I can choose the log in method, and mine is by using a code machine to generate random numbers and after I have added them, a personal password must be confirmed. HOWEVER, the screen part where the coding for my type of log in stands is bugged and says: "there has been a communication error." So I went on to follow the instructions of clearing all cache and history data from Firefox. Still the same issue. I try a different browser, and it worked fine... I really would love to continue only using FF for my browsing experience, so what do I need to do in order to have that screen appear and function as it normally did?

We appreciate your report. Unfortunately, a special account is needed in order to sign-in.

If the reporter (or anyone else) can do a more in depth test and provide more information (console logs/errors/screenshots) regarding this issue, feel free to reopen and leave a comment (or you can send us an email with the test account credentials and we will test it on our own).

Suggestions: • Clear cache/data/cookies, disable Ad-blocker (if available), or use a clean profile and check again • If there are any changes made to the default settings of the browser (e.g. in about:config), please revert to the default settings

How to create a new profile:

  1. Open a new tab
  2. Type in the address bar "about:profiles"
  3. Press "Enter"
  4. Click on "Create a New Profile"
  5. Click "Next"
  6. Name your profile
  7. Click "Finish"
  8. Head to your newly created profile
  9. Click "Launch profile in new browser"

Note: You can return to your old profile at any given time by accessing "about:profiles" in the address bar

Closing this as incomplete due to a lack of valid credentials.
