What I would do usually to test this kind of issue, is:
about:profiles
in the url bar.Create a new profile
.deleteme
or anything you please.Note: You can return to your old profile at any given time by accessing "about:profiles" in the address bar

@softvision-raul-bucata: good point. I'm testing now with a new profile. Problem replicated:
EDIT: do please note that, despite my gitHub username, the OS at issue is WIndows. (I have not yet tested for the problem on Linux.)
@LinuxOnTheDesktop Are there certain areas of the page that show this? Accessing the main page does not show the issue

Try fiddling around with the options on this page: https://frame.work/gb/en/products/laptop13-diy-intel-ultra-1/configuration/new
EDIT: sometimes the problem takes a while to manifest itself - and, I imagine, the stronger one's CPU, the less the effect. GPU might have an effect too.
@sv-calin Can you take a look at this, please?

I was not able to reproduce this issue.
Tested on: • Browser / Version: Firefox Release 130 / Chrome 128.0.6613.114 • Operating System: Windows 10
[inv_38/2024]
URL: https://frame.work/gb/en
Browser / Version: Firefox 129.0 Operating System: Windows 10 Tested Another Browser: Yes Chrome
Problem type: Something else Description: Some pages within the site - ones with video? - overheat the CPU. Steps to Reproduce: Firefox's Process Manager reported - after a while - some 40% CPU usage on the relevant pages. My CPU, on a quadcore desktop PC (that CPU being an Intel i7 3770s), reached 90 degrees C. So, this is a serious problem. The makers of the website say they are investigating.
Neither Chrome nor Firefox ESR have the problem.
The problem occurred even when I disabled all addOns within Firefox.
