URL: https://www.rbcwealthmanagement.com/en-us/

Browser / Version: Firefox 131.0 Operating System: Windows 10 Tested Another Browser: Yes Chrome

Problem type: Something else Description: Site allows logging in on Chrome but not Firefox Steps to Reproduce: I went to loggin to my account on RBC Wealth Management and got taken to a second page, also meant for logging in, which I have been directed to multiple times in the past and logged in from that page now problem: https://secure.rbcwm-usa.com/WMConnect/ConnectWeb/signin/Signin.invoke?vlType=noyHbKEScvfipqsE&Expired=Y Yesterday and today going through the motions of logging in on those websites has just put me in an endless loop of being sent from the main page to the secondary log in page and then back to the main page again. I then downloaded chrome and tried logging in on that browser and had no issues. I called the help desk for the company today and they straight up said that the only browsers that will work are chrome and edge.

We appreciate your report. Unfortunately, a special account is needed in order to sign-in. (registration requires to be a client)

If the reporter (or anyone else) can do a more in depth test and provide more information (console logs/errors/screenshots) regarding this issue, feel free to reopen and leave a comment (or you can send us an email with the test account credentials and we will test it on our own).

Suggestions: • Clear cache/data/cookies, disable Ad-blocker (if available), or use a clean profile and check again • If there are any changes made to the default settings of the browser (e.g. in about:config), please revert to the default settings

Closing this as incomplete due to a lack of valid credentials.
