Browser / Version: Firefox 131.0 Operating System: Mac OS X 10.15 Tested Another Browser: Yes Safari

Problem type: Something else Description: cannot log in to site. costco reports known bug Steps to Reproduce: typed login data and password. hit send. page blinked, then did nothing. unable to log in using Firefox. This problem has occurred in the past, then "went away". Cost co help reports this is a known problem with Firefox and suggested using another browser. tried Safari and it worked fine

We appreciate your report but I was not able to reproduce this issue. I was able to login as expected:

Tested on: • Browser / Version: Firefox Release 131.0.3 • Operating System: MacOS Sonoma 14.7

Suggestions: • Clear cache/data/cookies, disable Ad-blocker (if available), or create a new profile (without syncing/importing data) and check again • If there are any changes made to the default settings of the browser (e.g. in about:config), please revert to the default settings
