Problem type: Something else Description: Keeps on refreshing every second on its own. I disabled the auto refresh in about:config but stil the same Steps to Reproduce: The webpage keeps on refreshing and other browsers is fine. tried to disbale the autorefresh at about:config but still the same

Thanks for the report. I was able to reproduce in firefox-nightly, and firefox-release.
