Problem type: Site is not usable Description: site is not usable Steps to Reproduce: I was simply filling up the details as to get my aadhar download. But to no avail. The web page is not opening. It is showing "please wait" this shown message persists for long hour. Please fix it. On the other side the mAaadhar app is also not working. What pathetic Government website all about in working when in need. Screenshot Description

I'm unable to access the site both on Firefox and Chrome Desktop& Mobile, nor with VPN active (pointing to India). screenshot-1517990949191

Tested with: Browser / Version: Firefox Nightly Mobile 60.0a1 (2018-02-06) Operating System: Google Pixel (Android 8.1.0) - Resolution 1080 x 1920 pixels (~441 ppi pixel density), Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge (Android 7.0) - Resolution 1440 x 2560 pixels (~534 ppi pixel density)

Could someone else try this too? @karlcow , @wisniewskit ?

@softvision-oana-arbuzov, I can't access it at all with Firefox or Chrome unless I use an Indian VPN (it will never connect). But when I use a VPN, it's fine.
