Problem type: Something else Description: My Fingerprint Required on All Google Play Actions, has been replace, without notice of any kind, by "1-Tap Buy", which is part of a new Google Pay upgrade, which, according to my settings, was not allowed to install. I have never allowed automatic upgrades; but Google always performs them, without any notice, anyway. The upgrades are always new installations of a third-party unauthorized app with the same name, which contains dozens of Hidden, Unknown, Unauthorized and Illegal Permissions which violate all of my Privacy Rights per Google's own Privacy Policy, and has left my Google account hacked since 12/2007, and defrauded on 53 prepaid cards for more than $330,000., Steps to Reproduce: As a 46-year computer scientist/forensic cybercrime/bioterrorism investigator/analyst/consultant, I began warning Google by phone & in writing 12/2007, when I knew my password-protected Google, Wallet, and non-profit YouTube accounts had been breached, & my identity stolen. Google had allowed the ID thieves to add their names to my Wallet account, & the ID thieves removed the password from my private YouTube account, & allowed 75,000+ users to join their "punk rock" movement, & add porn to an account that was reserved as an avian rescue & rehab education site. Shortly after, vandals descended on our national non-profit ZehmZoo Avian Rescue, Rehabilitation and Sanctuary the one day in 6 months we left the property unattended. The address was on YouTube. We arrived back after giving a lecture which was not only attended by hundreds, but which was carried in a national magazine in text and photographs. We arrived back to total destruction of our 1/3-acre sanctuary. The physically- and psychologically-damaged birds we'd been successfully rehabilitating, had either been tortured to death, or were dying. If anything could possibly be worse, it was our indoor 800-gallon therapy spa. As an expert in epidemiology, and having worked for the government in that capacity, when I saw that the normally crystal-clear spa water had turned an opaque-white all the way to the bottom, I knew it had been filled with bioterrorism micro-organisms. The next day, not getting an emergency response from the local health department, the sheriffs office forced all 800 toxic gallons to be dumped into the creek which abuts our property. From here, it flows all the way across Washington State, and empties into the Pacific. That day, I set up an epidemiology/photomicrography lab, & began capturing images & specimens of all of the deadly organisms that were eating my husband & me, & the 3 surviving parrots. With the help of the CDC, I identified the first of the deadly organisms that were making all of us so sick. They were anticipating the transmissions of my images, especially since I'd witnessed large clouds of Simulium flies, which transmit the disease Onchocerciasis, or African River Blindness, in Moscow, Idaho. To-date, I have taken more than 16,500 UHD images, and attempted to send them to the CDC; they've received none. All were intercepted and destroyed by Katrina Sormun, the cybercriminal who first hacked my network and machines 5/13/07; the same day I finally was able to afford to get my first Master Business License & FEIN for all of my non-profit corporations, including Zehm Computer Service, which I founded in '72 as Cruver Computer Consulting. By 2013, I had increased the number to 12 organizations, all benefiting neglected, abused and misunderstood companion birds and other animals. We had 4 scientifically-formulated wild bird habitat-loss replacement diets that were customized by season, that I'd spent 35 years on research & development. I had planned to create cottage industries in jobless areas, where the raw ingredients could be ground fresh, mixed, & shipped internationally at no more cost than the nutrionless bags in your local grocery store. I had years of photos & videos of generations of birds who had grown up on the diets, came back the next year with their entire flock. In 2013, my beloved dad passed away. A life-long animal/bird lover, he left me $253,000, earmarked for helping creatures great and small. Sormun, always on my machines, and, by then, illegally recording our phone calls, knew when the cashed-in annuities hit my accounts. Within a 60-day period, she had emptied my accounts, call the state's Dept. of Revenue and impersonated me, and had shut down all of my non-profits. Today, as always, she controls every web page. She goes beyond cyber-bullying. I will cold boot this phone to find my main paid apps have been uninstalled. Tonight she tried to delete my Google Unique ID. I have tried to capture all of the steps; but when I go to retrieve them, she decreases their size so their unreadable, & disables Zoom. Basically, it is because almost every app on my phone, including system apps, has been replaced by an unauthorized 3rd-party app. Even though I turn off upgrading in Settings, they happen, anyway. Is this Sormun's fault, or Google's for allowing her to do it, after I have alerted them repeatedly that it is happening. What is worse is the ineffective Play Protect is a farce that does nothing toward protecting Google customers. Each time it says it has scanned & cleared, say, 214 apps on this phone, it has scanned, and allowed 198 illegal, unauthorized installations of unwanted apps that contain anywhere from dozens to hundreds of Hidden, Unknown, Unauthorized, Illegal Permissions that violate every right promised to me by Google's own Privacy Policy. Actually, I know that by generalizing such a critical issue here, that is probably going to be filtered through Google's censorship before anyone else can see it will get all of those suffering from the same privacy violations and not even knowing it, no help at all. I am a professional report writer, and can define this issue in a clear, concise, structured manner with actual images I've collected over the years as findings of fact to be presented to the State and Federal Supreme Court.
