Thanks for the report, but I'm not able to reproduce the issue. I am able to download the .exe file. image

Tested with: Browser / Version: Firefox Nightly 64.0a1 (2018-09-30) Operating System: Windows 10 Pro

Could you try clearing cache/data/cookies, disable Ad-blocker (if available), or use a clean profile (about:profiles), and check again?
