I am able to reproduce this issue, but the same happens on Nightly and Chrome too. Even navigating away from the provided URL, the pages are not zoomable.

Tested on Huawei P10 (Android 8.0) - 1080 x 1920 pixels (~432 ppi pixel density) and Firefox Focus 8.0, Nightly 64 and Chrome 69.
