Thanks for the report, unfortunately Amazon "PrimeVideo" is a paid service.
Reporter update Firefox to latest version. Could you also try clearing cache/data/cookies, disable Ad-blocker (if available), disable Tracking protection (if active) or use a clean profile (about:profiles), and check again? If possible could you add here the error you get in the console (Inspect>Console tab)?
Having no "PrimeVideo" subscription I will close the issue as Incomplete. If the reporter (or anyone else) can provide more information, please feel free to reopen or comment on the issue, and we'll have a thorough look on it."

Problem type: Video or audio doesn't play Description: Says "Video unavailable" Steps to Reproduce: I used to be able to watch Amazon Prime Videos a couple of builds back but now get "Video unavailable". I have to open Chrome to watch.
