Thanks for the report, but I'm not able to reproduce the issue. For me the "Inbox" is displayed and I was able to open links from email, regardless if Tracking Protection is enabled or not.
Tested with: Browser / Version: Firefox Nightly 65.0a1 (2018-11-14) Operating System: MacOS 10.13.6, Windows 10 Pro
Reporter update to latest Firefox version. Also could you try clearing cache/data/cookies, disable Ad-blocker (if available), or use a clean profile (about:profiles), and check again?

Problem type: Site is not usable Description: Cannot open mail link Steps to Reproduce: Any link from Outlook.live mail home page will not load. Have tried in Private Window and this problem does not occur and works as normal. Did not have any issues prior to Outlook.live being updated. Had same issues when Outlook.live was in Beta and had to revert to the then current version
