Thanks for the report, I was able to reproduce the issue on multiple browsers.

Tested with: Browser / Version: Firefox Nightly 65.0a1 (2018-11-26), Chrome 70.0.3538.110 Operating System: Windows 10 Pro

This is the web page displayed in Firefox Nightly:

According to https://isitup.org/aua.csc.gov.in the web page seems to be down.
