Steps to Reproduce 1) Navigate to: http://www.usanetwork.com/mrrobot/videos/eps20unm4sk-pt2tc 2) click on fullscreen button on bottom right corner.

Expected Behavior: Smooth video playing

Actual Behavior: Video stutters.

I wasn't able to reproduce the video stuttering in Firefox 47 with fullscreen enabled. I'm not sure what would cause the issue for the reporter, but it does not appear to be web compatibility related. Closing as invalid.
