It's not a webcompat issue. Here a configuration is changed on purpose by users. It's changing the default expectations. If the goal is to push the envelop for certain sites then webcompat.com is not necessary the appropriate place. A blog post with testing and trying to contact people would be another way. It could be even a very interesting investigative work.
I think we can close this one.
The initial reporter might chime in to tell us what was the exact intent/expectation was in reporting this. That would help to have a better framing for further actions.

Problem type: Site is not usable Description: Web page does not load when privacy.resistFingerprinting is enabled Steps to Reproduce: With Firefox Nightly 68.0a1 on Mac OSX, when privacy.resistFingerprinting is true, the nordstrom.com site begins to load, then becomes a blank page. When disabled, the page loads as expected.
