Thanks for the report, but I'm not able to reproduce the issue.
Tested with: Browser / Version: Firefox Nightly 68.0a1 (2019-05-08) Operating System: Linux Mint 18.3
@heycam , could you please update to the latest Firefox version, and give it another try? Also could you try clearing cache/data/cookies, disable Ad-blocker (if available), or use a clean profile, and check again?

Expected results:
The sticky header at the top of the page disappears and stays hidden.
Actual results:
On some scrolls, the sticky header re-appears. Expectation is that it would only re-appear if scrolling up.
