Description: sound notification remains while tab is closed. cannot discard it.
Steps to Reproduce:
I opened Wired website. A notification appears saying that there's audio playing/playable. I suppose this is because there's a video on the page.
Problem: when I close this tab or navigate away, the notification remains here and I cannot close/discard it.
