Description: Unable to submit form even with required information.
Steps to Reproduce:
I filled out each field and when I got to the bottom to submit I noticed it was greyed out. There were no errors on the page and I could not submit. It submits in other browsers. I have enabled project fission so I’m not sure if that’s related.
