Steps to Reproduce

  1. Navigate to: Site URL
  2. http://www.shockwave.com/contentPlay/shockwave.jsp?dwin=1&id=jigsawpuzzles&year=16&month=11&day=12&fullScreen=1…

Expected Behavior: Jigsaw should open

Actual Behavior: blank screen I uninstalled adobe flash and shockwave. Reinstalled both still I get a blank page. Jigsaw works in Chrome and Slimjet but I prefer Firefox

I tested in Firefox 52 for OSX and the site works with flash enabled. I don't have Windows XP to test this with.

Works for me on XP SP2 with Firefox 49.0.2 and Flash 23. If I don't have Flash install or it's "never activate" then I get "please install Flash" or "plugin is disabled" prompts. It would be good to know if the full tab is blank, or just the part of the page where the game should be, but this seems less like a web-compat issue and more like a configuration issue.

Thanks @wisniewskit. Even with tracking protection on strict and ublock, I can't reproduce the white screen. I think you're right about this being a configuration issue. Let's close it as works for me.
