www.facebook.com - site is not usable #37663

Browser / Version: Firefox 69.0 Operating System: Windows 7 Tested Another Browser: Yes

Problem type: Site is not usable Description: NONE of the Facebook Games will load when load screen comes up. Steps to Reproduce: All of the Facebook Games just quit working and failing to load, stays at 0% and indicator goes round and round. The most important is Archery 3D and 8 Ball Pool I play with a friend Gerald W Bickel. But a friend 2 blocks away has no problem playing all Facebook Games. I did everything you told me to do before you just up and closed the case because you could not duplicate the problem on your end. DO NOT close this case until I tell you the problem has been fixed, please. If you can not fix it, then escalate it to Mark Zuckerburg please. The bottom line, Facebook has had to put a block on my account so I can not play any Facebook Games, for no reason. I cleared the browser, shut off AdBlock, disabled my AVAST Anti-virus, had Spectrum test my internet, white listed Facebook.com, tried other browsers, and nothing I did has corrected the problem. I am just a disabled senior citizen, who likes to play a couple of games. Please fix-it and stop passing the buck. Screenshot Description

@flyboydale54 if the games don't work in multiple browsers, this is not a web compatibility problem. If it's truly something that Facebook did, you need to contact them.
