Thanks for the report. I was able to reproduce the issue on multiple browsers. I am not able to play the video.

Tested with: Browser / Version: Firefox Nightly Mobile 68.2a1 (2019-10-14), Chrome Mobile 77.0.3865.116, Firefox Preview Nightly 191010(🦎: 71.0a1-20191004094656) Operating System: Huawei P10 (Android 9.0) - 1080 x 1920 pixels (~432 ppi pixel density)

For this project, we try to focus our effort on layouts, features or content that works as expected in one browser but not in another. This is a non-compatibility issue.
