ticktick.com - site is not usable #42238

Closed webcompat-bot closed 5 years ago

webcompat-bot commented 5 years ago

URL: https://ticktick.com

Browser / Version: Firefox 71.0 Operating System: Linux Tested Another Browser: Yes

Problem type: Site is not usable Description: Editing subtasks by clicking into the field is doesn't work Steps to Reproduce: Ticktick has a feature, where users can add subtasks to a task. These subtasks have a contenteditable div, which allows you to click into this field and edit the text. In Chrome, this works perfectly fine; in Firefox however, the div has zero height and can not be activated with the mouse. Keyboard navigation (tab) works fine.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Create a new task in a project
  2. Switch from "Description mode" to "Subtask mode", using the button in the top right corner
  3. Observe that the subtask (placeholder text "Press 'Enter' to add list item") can not be focused with the mouse
Browser Configuration
  • None

Thanks for the report, but I'm not able to reproduce the issue. I was able to click using the mouse into the input field and add a sub-task with no issues as presented in the image below.

subtask

Tested with: Browser / Version: Firefox Nightly 71.0a1 (2019-10-20) Operating System: Windows 10 Pro

Reporter, could you please update to the latest Firefox version, and give it another try? Also, could you try clearing cache/data/cookies, disable Ad-blocker (if available), or use a clean profile (about:profiles), and check again?
