Problem type: Something else Description: Xfinity voice text mode quit working on Mozilla/Firefox, but works on Google Chrome. Steps to Reproduce: My ISP is Xfinity/Comcast. For four days I have not been able to change from one contact to another contact in the TEXT mode of the telephone service. That change is frozen onto the last of my contacts that had contacted me. I have spent approximately four hours either Chatting or Speaking with a technician from Comcast and they tell me that the problem does not come from Comcast, but it is something that changed with Mozilla/Firefox. The reason that they say this is that if I log in to Google Chrome and onto my Comcast phone service I do not have a problem changing from one contact phone number to any different contact phone number. If I log in to Internet Explorer and onto my Comcast phone service I do not have a problem changing from one contact phone number to any different contact phone number. I have spent a considerable amount of time reading through Mozilla/Firefox community forum in search of an answer and this is where I found your contact information and I am trying to find a solution.
