This is happening on Firefox Android indeed, but also on faking Chrome UA on Firefox. tabs-ultimate

Note that this site seems to have plenty of usability issues, but not specifically related to firefox. For example, what do you answer to… dark-pattern

There's also a big gray bar which a save tab to device which comes after.

Even more annoying now (I get a modal overlay saying "save tab to device" with no obvious way to close it. Tapping "save" takes you to their app install page on Google Play). However, we can't prevent sites that really want to have poor UI and UX from implementing bad ideas..
