Browser / Version: Firefox 68.5.0esr (32-Bit) Operating System: Windows 7 Ultimate K (32-Bit) Tested Another Browser: Yes

Problem type: Design is broken Description: Header is not pinning in nicovideo.jp Steps to Reproduce: The header(The black line on the top of the site) has a feature to pin/unpin, causing to stay on the top of the site when unpinned, or follow as you scroll when pinned. However, When using Firefox 68.5.0ESR, The header stays unpinned even if I choose to pin the header. And to make matters worse, as it's clearly visible in the screenshot, the header hides the title and the search bar.
