Thanks for the report, but I'm not able to reproduce the issue. I've created and account and the site loads for me. Unfortunately I don't have any book in my bookshelf thus the page redirects me to main page https://bookshelf.vitalsource.com/#/ image

Tested with: Browser / Version: Firefox Nightly 75.0a1 (2020-03-03) Operating System: Windows 10 Pro, MacOS 10.15.3

Reporter could you try clearing cache/data/cookies, disable Ad-blocker (if available), or use a clean profile, and check again?
