Problem type: Something else Description: pull refresh is active at any position of the page Steps to Reproduce: the newly added feature pull down refresh should be active only at the top of the page, but it's active at any position. Samsung internet browser is fine with the same page, refresh only when it's at the top.

Thanks for the report! I'm able to reproduce the issue.

Tested with: Browser / Version: Firefox Preview Nightly 200405 (🦎: 76.0a1-20200403063228) Operating System: Samsung Galaxy S8 (Android 9) - 1440 x 2960 pixels, 18.5:9 ratio (~570 ppi density)
