Thank for the report. For me the page loads and I;m redirected to https://web.telegram.org/#/login Unfortunately, I'm not able to sign in since I'm nor receiving any SMS using my phone number.

Having no SMS received I will close the issue as incomplete. If the reporter (or anyone else) can test more in depth and provide more information (logs, errors), please feel free to reopen or comment on the issue, and we'll have a thorough look on it.
