This URL redirects to http://www.anime-planet.com/anime/hetalia-axis-powers instead of a video.

It seems the video in the screenshot is hosted on hulu and is just asking for age. Apart of that I don't see any issues. I checked a couple in the section http://www.anime-planet.com/anime/watch-online/ and I had no issues.
