Problem type: Something else Description: Pops up frequently and arbitrarily. It's not accessed and not requested. Block it if you can. Steps to Reproduce: It is a site I never accessed much less never used.

Thanks for the report, but this is not a compatibility issue.

For this project, we try to focus our effort on layouts, features, or content that works as expected in one browser but not in another.

Closing the issue as Invalid.

You should try celaring your browser's cache/cookies/data.
