Thank for the report. Unfortunately, a paid account is needed to sign in. image

Having no sign-in credentials I will close the issue as incomplete. If the reporter (or anyone else) can test more in depth and provide more information (email us a test account credentials, attach logs/errors), please feel free to reopen or comment on the issue, and we'll have a thorough look on it.

Suggestion: Try clearing cache/data/cookies, disable Ad-blocker (if available), or use a clean profile, and check again? @karl does the console error help in any way?

Hi @softvision-oana-arbuzov ,

I was the reporter for this issue. I can easily do more testing. Could you direct me more specifically with what may assist?

I can't provide the login credentials for this site as they are company credentials rather than my own. However, one can create a trial login here, without the need to add any credit-card data.

Please note, that this has been replicated in a completely clean profile with no extensions, preference changes or any user-data before loading this site.

I tried creating an account, but even if I'm logged in it keeps saying to create an account. image

Tested with: Browser / Version: Firefox Nightly 86.0a1 (2020-12-21) Operating System: Windows 10 Pro

@karlcow does the provided log help you in anyway?

@xelaseer the site probably use the very old Polymer library which is now deprecated. https://github.com/Polymer/polymer

You should contact them and ask them to upgrade their system. https://www.polymer-project.org/ This is now called LitElement https://www.polymer-project.org/blog/2020-09-22-lit-element-and-lit-html-next-preview
