1. Navigate to https://www.coursera.org/learn/machine-learning/exam/lsjML/application-photo-ocr/attempt
2. Select/mark options by answering the questions.
3. Click "Salvar" button.
4. Observe behavior.

Expected Behavior: The application form (answers) is saved.

Actual Behavior: An error message is displayed regarding having to Internet connection.

Notes:

1. Screenshot attached.
2. The issue is not reproducible on Chrome.
3. This happens sometimes just by selecting/marking some options.

Mh, this looks serviceworker related but it's actually not, because there is no serviceworker on their site. I noticed some 404 responses by their servers, which I could not immediately observe in Chrome, but I don't really see an obvious reason for that. I reached out to one dev on LinkedIn...

The issue has been fixed and it is no longer reproducible. The "Save" draft button works as expected, as no error message is returned and the answers are saved:

Notes: The "Submit" button works as expected.
