Problem type: Something else Description: I tried to reset my password so I had a text sent to my phone with a link to reset it and I clicked on the link and then it took me to the web address for the password reset so I typed in my new password and then i was taken to the login screen so i typed in my phone number and password then the security question popped up asking me the name of my best friend which actually is not my best friend and was the name of my old neighbor for my own security and a orange box popped up saying it didnt recognize my device and that the links in the orange box one was was to sign in to a disabled account and the other was to register ?!?!?! so I backed out of all of it then reopened the app and tried again and another screen popped up saying website was unreachable and to check my settings and I did everything is working well for everything else but my concern is that I had my computer hacked by someone and my modem/router at home I use Xfinity and my unemployment has been hacked someone is stealing my money I've been getting charges on my transaction history as for my banks and credit cards for purchases I never made ridiculous things costing up to 600.00$ a piece multiple charges plus my money or access to unemployment has been blocked or stolen or both I'm barely surviving and all this computer stuff I dont know every time I get close to finding out what's going on it vanishes like it never existed this person or these people are always 1-2 steps ahead of me I dont know what to do can anyone please help with this computer madness there has to be someone out there who is a good helpful person who can help me get my life back in order because not just the things mentioned here are going on it's much much more to much to list why have I been targeted by what seems like the whole world my source codes and bianary is all wack and doesnt seem real plus I have no control over any of my devices I just got a new phone and it's already been hacked idk what to do ! please help my SMS and phone calls seem to be controlled by a outside source!!! thank you and thank God if you can help me I work at the local church God bless Steps to Reproduce: my name is zues Zimmerman and everything of mine has been hacked I have a few actually several people I suspect are doing this hacking or that are involved in it some way , what do I do contact the FBI?! idk what to do! I have a feeling a strong one that this one will go rite over the city cops heads because I've talked to one at my church where I work and this fellow was a young police officer and he seemed very confused and was not able to help me because I'm not with the fellow side by side so when it happens I can't show him, There doesnt seem to be any way to prove it? I work at the church for free I dont get paid I do it as a community service for God and my girlfriend who also loves church and Jesus Christ our lord !
