Steps to Reproduce

1. Navigate to: http://m.autotrader.ca/
2. Tap "within Canada"to change search area

Expected Behavior: List appears to select area

Actual Behavior: List appears and disappears immediately

Why is it an issue? Because of geolocation, but probably not related to the current issue.

That's a lot of events for a single button.

It would seem that this issue has been fixed. I have tested on LG G5, with Android 7.0 and Nightly 60.
