play.prodigygame.com - Unable to play the game #82265

Browser / Version: Firefox Daylight 35.0 (5448) Operating System: iPad Mini 4 iOS 14.6 (1536 x 2048 pixels (~324 ppi density)) Tested Another Browser: Yes Safari

Problem type: Site is not usable Description: Page not loading correctly Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Navigate to https://play.prodigygame.com/
  2. Tap "Log in" button and then login with Google account.
  3. After the game loads tap "Next" button.
  4. Select play mode "Home".
  5. Choose any world from the list.
  6. Wait until the game room starts.
  7. Observe behavior.

Expected Behavior: The room is displayed and the chat not triggered.

Actual Behavior: The room is displayed but the chat is not triggered.

Notes:

  1. Screenshot attached.
  2. The issue is not reproducible on Chrome.

This is working from me on iphone and on rdm with both UA desktop and mobile. Maybe they fixed it.

@karlcow the issue occurs with desktop layout. image

Switching to mobile layout the game can be played. image

Tested with: Browser / Version: Firefox Daylight 38.0 (6216) Operating System: iPad Mini 4 iOS 14.8 (1536 x 2048 pixels (~324 ppi density))

So this issue is a duplicate of https://github.com/mozilla-mobile/firefox-ios/issues/9150
