The maps on https://developer.apple.com/maps/web/ do work.

Here's a more complete set of steps to reproduce:

• Load https://getsupport.apple.com/
• Click on iPhone
• Click Repairs & Physical Damage
• Click Cracked screen
• Click Bring in for repair
• Sign in with Apple Id
• Choose "Current Location", No Carrier/Not Listed
• A list of locations should load along with a map that is missing tiles

Browser / Version: Firefox Nightly 93.0a1 (2021-09-01) (64-bit)/Safari 13.1.2 Operating System: Mac OSX 10.15.6

Notes:

1. Reproducible regardless of the status of ETP
2. Reproducible on the latest build of Firefox Nightly
3. Works as expected using Safari:

The map is ("not") created by mapkit in an iframe.

even if I fake a chrome UA on Firefox it doesn't work.

It's not the first time #33516 The mozilla webcompat team contacted them and they fixed it. It's back again.

Let's try to contact them again.

@jrmuizel It seems that the page received a UI update, as following https://getsupport.apple.com/solutions, will bring us to the highlighted page for repairs. However, the map is no longer available on both Safari and Firefox. Can you please confirm this?

We appreciate your report. I was not able to reproduce the issue.
