3 years ago Thanks for the report, but this is not a Compatibility issue, but a site issue, since it occurs both on Firefox and Chrome. Try other ways to contact them and point out the issue.
For this project we try to focus our effort on layouts, features or content that works as expected in one browser but not in another. Closing the issue as Non-compat.

I ended up double paying without successfully making an order. I contacted Krefel, but something is going awry when one returns to the Krefel website. Other solutions involving a dedicated webpage are superior. Ingenico's solution works, while the payment processor Krefel uses is not compatible with so many systems.
