We appreciate your report. I was able to reproduce the issue on other devices as well. A message suggesting "Chrome" and "Safari" as preferred browsers is displayed:

Browser / Version: Firefox Nightly 96.0a1 (2021-11-10) (64-bit) Operating System: Windows 10 PRO x64 Operating System: Mac OSX 10.15.6

Notes:

1. Reproducible regardless of the status of ETP
2. Reproducible on the latest build of Firefox Nightly
3. Works as expected using Chrome
4. Spoofing Firefox as Chrome solves the issue
5. The page presents no issue whilst navigating using Firefox

Apart of using user agent sniffing is bad, they got it wrong.

It seems the site identifies firefox as both IE and Firefox, but probably IE matching first, the site sends the banner.
