Thanks for the report, I was able to reproduce the issue. For me the page remains in loading state.

Note: The issue is not reproducible on Chrome.

Tested with: Browser / Version: Firefox Nightly 97.0a1 (2021-12-26), Firefox Release 95.0.2 Operating System: Windows 10 Pro VPN pointing to Philippine

@karlcow for me the page is still in loading state after 10 minutes with a clean profile, and in Chrome it loaded in a few seconds.

Eventually it shows "Secure connection failed" error.

This is loading for me. It takes time but this is working.

There's definitely a mixed of services under http and https. but this is working. The main page always takes in between 7 to 30s to load.
